"Stopped in for a chip a year ago and the place and people were friendly. This year had an issue with my rear brake not functioning properly (I actually rode the Tail of the Dragon with only the front brake scary stuff there). So called Bootlegger this morning and came on in. Well I got here and talked to Kim in service told her what was going on and our plans of riding the Devil’s Triangle today and they took it right in and got my brake fixed and back on the road. I can honestly say that we love the experience and the welcome atmosphere that we've received each and every time we walk through the doors. Tony and Ken are excellent salesmen and always greet us warmly at every visit. The service department is always amazing at helping us, when necessary, with Kim going out of her way to immediately resolve any issue and Johnny in the shop making sure our bikes are well serviced! As for the Motorclothes department, enough can't be said for how wonderful Tonya makes me feel whenever I come in and need new accessories. Although she's my daughter, Amber is amazing with all the customers, making sure to go assist anyone in the department if necessary to make the perfect purchase! She's helped me find things many times! Jeff, the Sales Manager, has been very helpful and accommodating during purchases, as has Dale when we get to the paperwork/finance portion of a sale!
