"Came in without an appointment and requested they check my brake pads. My normal dealer told me they were fine but upon the staff at bootleggers inspecting them it was determined that they needed to be replaced. Kim was professional and old school motorcycle charming. She scheduled me right there and they took the bike in immediately. To this point I am extremely happy with the dealership and staff I have interacted with. "I bought a 2012 Ultra Classic CVO on Monday and the buying experience was great. I actually went to browse on Sunday afternoon and JP showed me numerous bikes and I can of narrowed it down to two. JP was very knowledgeable and never put any pressure on me during the sales process. I ended up starting the buying process towards closing time and everyone hung right in there until I got most of the process completed. The finance was great, Carl I think, he wasn't pushy either concerning the extended warranty or maintenance plans. He didn't budge any on my trade but I thought the price of the Harley more than made up for that. I ended up picking my new bike on Monday and JP again took the time to cover the bikes operation, since I've never owned a Harley or that big of a bike. "I purchased my 13 FLHTK used back in November 18. About a month later I realized that my keys didnt work in the Tourpak, the storage box behind the seat. Kim, Greg, Ken and Jake took care the issue by ordering a new lock set so now one key does it all just as it should. They also replaced my rear tire a day after I bought it because of cupping that was hard to see. These folks sell only the best used bikes and if there is a problem they take care of it.
